摘要
目的:分析肝功能与血脂血清指标水平对脂肪肝的诊断价值。方法:2019年5月-2020年5月收治脂肪肝患者60例,作为疾病组;选取同期健康体检者60例,作为体检组。两组均采取空腹静脉血,检测并比较两组肝功能及血脂指标水平。结果:疾病组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)指标水平明显高于体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病组胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)指标水平明显高于体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病组肝功能联合血脂指标的阳性检出率明显高于体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝功能和血脂指标水平可用于脂肪肝的诊断,可以借助临床检查及时检出脂肪肝,并判断病情的严重程度,临床诊断可靠性较高且可重复进行。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of liver function and serum lipid levels for fatty liver.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,60 patients with fatty liver were selected as the disease group.60 healthy people in the same period were selected as the physical examination group.Fasting venous blood was taken in both groups to detect and compare the liver function and blood lipid levels of the two groups.Results:In the disease group,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels were significantly higher than those in the physical examination group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the disease group,the levels of cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were significantly higher than those in the physical examination group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the disease group,the positive detection rate of liver function combined with blood lipid index was significantly higher than that in the physical examination group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liver function and blood lipid levels can be used for the diagnosis of fatty liver,with the help of clinical examination,we can detect fatty liver in time and judge the severity of the disease,the clinical diagnosis is reliable and repeatable.
