摘要
尿毒症是肾功能丧失后,机体内部生化过程紊乱而产生的一种疾病,是各种慢性肾功能不全发展到终末期的疾病统称。由于治疗时间长,临床效果不明显,患者多存在焦虑、抑郁等不良心理反应,增加了护理难度。为探讨尿毒症患者护理干预的研究进展,本文收集国内外有关文献,对尿毒症的发病机制、尿毒症患者基础生命体征的观察和护理干预进展、其他体征和症状的观察和护理进展、尿毒症透析患者的护理干预进展、尿毒症患者心理干预及进展以及饮食护理干预进展进行阐述。
Uremia is a disease produced by the loss of renal function and the disorder of the internal biochemical process of the body.It is a general term for various chronic renal insufficiency diseases that develop to the end stage.Because of the treatment time is long,the clinical effect is not obvious,the patients have many adverse psychological reactions such as anxiety and depression,which increases the difficulty of nursing.In order to investigate the research progress of nursing intervention in uremic patients,this article collects the domestic and foreign related literature,the pathogenesis of uremia,the progress of nursing intervention in basic vital signs of uremic patients,the observation and nursing progress of other signs and symptoms,the progress of nursing intervention in uremic dialysis patients,the psychological intervention and progress of uremic patients,and the progress of dietary nursing intervention are expounded.
