摘要
技能竞赛是职教行业的现行风口。如何利用这趟便车加速职业教育的发展是许多职教人都在思考的课题。通过连续三年指导学生参赛的实践经验,发现技能竞赛、专业教学和实际工作三者间存在差异,应实行“赛教融合,以赛促教”和“赛教分离、各司其职”的合理工作方法;同时,对参赛过程中一些现实问题也提供了相应的解决思路。
Skill competition is the current trend of vocational education industry.How to make use of this free ride to speed up the development of vocational education is a subject that many vocational educators are thinking about.Through three years of practical experience in guiding students to participate in the competition,it is found that there are differences among skills competition,professional teaching and practical work.We should implement the reasonable working methods of"integration of competition and teaching,promotion of teaching by competition"and"separation of competition and teaching,each performing his own duties".At the same time,it also provides corresponding solutions to some practical problems in the process of competition.
