摘要
目的:挖掘江西省肿瘤中医治疗名家熊墨年教授治疗乳腺癌的组方用药规律,促进名医传承工作更好地实施及指导临床实践。方法:收集整理熊教授门诊收治的59例乳腺癌患者的353首处方,通过中医传承辅助平台挖掘其组方用药特点,分析其用药规律。结果:处方用药在四气方面以寒热均占;五味方面则以甘味为主,其次为苦味、辛味;归经方面,以归肝、脾和肺经为主。常用药物有白术、甘草、九节兰、白花蛇舌草、重楼、当归、消节散、金蝉花、半枝莲、生晒参、灰树花、金荞麦、黄芪、柴胡、鳖甲和首乌藤。结论:熊教授治疗乳腺癌总以益气、清毒为治疗原则,选用补气类药与清热解毒类药物为主,使用补气类药的同时多配伍白术健脾益气,注重脾胃之气的调护;而对清热解毒类药物的选择,则是根据乳腺癌的特点并结合现代医学药理研究结果,选用已被证实具有一定抗肿瘤作用的药物。同时,根据女性乳房的生理特点,又酌情配伍入肝经的理气药物柴胡、陈皮、木香、香附等。
Objective: To explore the administration rule of prescriptions by Prof. XIONG Monian, a famous Chinese medicine practitioner for tumor in Jiangxi Province,so as to promote the better implementation of the inheritance of famous practitioners and to guide the clinical practice. Methods:A total of 353 prescriptions were collected from 59 patients with breast cancer admitted to Prof. XIONG’s outpatient department. The characteristics of administration rule of these prescriptions were excavated through the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform, and then were analyzed.Results: In terms of the four natures, prescriptions were cold and heat. In terms of the five flavors, prescriptions were mainly sweet,followed by bitter and acrid. In terms of meridian entry,prescriptions were mainly from the liver,spleen and lung meridians. The commonly used herbs were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Cymbidium faberi Rolfe,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Herba Scutellariae Barbatae,Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng Cruda,Rhizoma Paridis, Polyporus Frondosus, Rhizoma Fagopyri Dibotryis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Xiaojie powder, Cordyceps sobolifer,Radix Astragali,Radix Bupleuri,Carapax Trionycis and Caulis Polygoni Multiflori. Conclusion:Prof. XIONG takes the principle of tonifying qi and clearing toxin when treating breast cancer,and the main herbs are of qi-tonifying,heatclearing and detoxifying type. While using qi-tonifying herbs,his administration is often combined with Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae to strengthen the spleen and tonify qi,focusing on regulating the spleen and stomach qi;and heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs are chosen from those who have been proved to have certain anti-tumor effect based on the characteristics of breast cancer with combination of the results of pharmacological studies of modern medicine. Meanwhile,qi-regulating herbs like Radix Bupleuri,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Radix Aucklandiae and Rhizoma Cyperi are taken into consideration to enter the liver meridian accor
