摘要
乡村民宿作为乡村旅游的新热点,为提升乡村旅游体验质量、补齐全域旅游短板提供了新路径,是保障全域旅游质量的必要条件。以广西阳朔县乡村民宿为例,总结阳朔县乡村民宿空间布局特征是以“高田、福利、白沙”这三镇为高密度核心区,向周边区域不断扩展;分析“旅游资源禀赋、旅游基础设施条件、民宿的特色、营销手段”等影响阳朔乡村民宿空间布局的主要因素;提出通过调整民宿空间结构,构建乡村民宿等级结构和发展多种类型民宿的建议,以更好地创新乡村民宿的发展模式。
As a new hot spot in rural tourism,country houses have offered a new path for improving the quality of rural tourism experience and complementing the shortcomings of tourism in the region.It is a necessary condition for promoting the quality of tourism in the whole region.Take the country houses in Yangshuo County of Guangxi as an example,and analyze the characteristics of the spatial layout of the country houses in Yangshuo County.The three towns of“Gaotian,Fuli,and Baisha”are the high-density core areas,and the characteristics of continuous expansion to the surrounding areas are analyzed.The endowment of tourism resources,the conditions of tourism infrastructure,the characteristics of homestays,and marketing methods are the main factors that affect the spatial layout of rural houses in Yangshuo.Suggestions on adjusting the spatial structure of homestays,constructing the hierarchical structure of rural homestays,and developing various types of homestays Innovate the development model of country houses well.
