摘要
目的:了解分析江苏省现行中医类医疗服务项目价格水平,为价格调整提供依据。方法:收集江苏省、福建省、湖南省长沙市、湖北省武汉市、陕西省、浙江省杭州市的中医类医疗服务项目价格,筛选出可比项目,对价格进行一一匹配,对比价结果进行比较和归类分析。结果:六省市共有88项中医类医疗服务项目可进行价格比较,江苏省的价格明显偏低,与其经济发展水平不适配。结论:建立全国重点城市医疗服务比价库,优先调整中医优势医疗服务项目价格,探索构建独立的中医医疗服务价格体系,促进中医医疗服务价格回归真实。
Objective To understand and analyze the price level of Chinese medicine medical service items in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide basis for price adjustment.Methods The prices of Chinese medical service items in Jiangsu Province,Fujian Province,Changsha City,Wuhan City,Shaanxi Province and Hangzhou City were collected,comparable items were selected and matched one by one by price.The results of price comparison were compared and classified.Results A total of 88 medical service items in six provinces and cities can be compared.The price in Jiangsu Province is obviously low and does not match its level of economic development.Conclusion To establish the price comparison database of medical services in key cities nationwide,give priority to adjust the superior medical services items price of TCM,explore the construction of a ependent price system of TCM medical services,and promote the medical services price of TCM to return to reality.
