摘要
目的:分析家庭医生签约服务绩效考核的影响因素,为推动家庭医生签约服务工作提供政策建议。方法:从履约行为的角度,分析北京市平谷区18个社区卫生服务机构的家庭医生签约服务绩效得分及其影响因素。结果:平谷区家庭医生签约服务绩效得分平均为37分,各机构之间差异较大;辖区内人口密度、0~6岁儿童占比与绩效得分呈负相关,60岁及以上人口占比、每万人口卫生技术人员数及全科医生数与绩效得分呈正相关。结论:提升中青年及其子女的签约服务覆盖率及利用率,加强基层卫生人才队伍建设,分类施策,推进正向激励绩效考核,推动家庭医生签约服务工作顺利开展。
Objective To analyze the performance evaluation influencing factors of contracted family doctor services,and provide policy suggestions for promoting the work of contracted family doctor services.Methods From the perspective of performance behavior,this paper analyzes performance scores and influencing factors of contracted family doctor services in 18 community health service institutions in Pinggu District of Beijing.Results The average performance score of contracted family doctor services in Pinggu District was 37,and there were great differences among different institutions.The population density and the proportion of children aged 0 to 6 years in Pinggu district were negatively correlated with the performance score,while the proportion of people aged 60 and above,the number of health technicians per 10,000 population and the number of general practitioners were positively correlated with the performance score.Conclusion It is necessary to improve the coverage and utilization rate of signing services for young and middle-aged people and their children,strengthen the construction of health talents at the grass-roots level,implement classified policies,promote positive incentive performance evaluation,and promote to carry out contracted family doctor services.
