摘要
为了使人们对武术散打有更加全面的认识和了解,提高武术散打的普及程度,提供新的健身路径,重点研究了散打的健身价值.首先,依据散打取胜要点、供能特点、技术构成、核心素质4个要素,研究揭示出武术散打的高强度间歇运动形式的项目特征;其次,依据散打的项目特征,对健身减肥的时效性、提升胰岛素的敏感度、增加骨密度、提高快速力量和核心力量、增加柔韧性和灵敏度等健身价值进行论述.
In order to make people have a more comprehensive understanding of Wushu Sanda,improve the popularity of Wushu Sanda,and provide a new fitness path,the research focuses on the fitness value of Wushu Sanda.First of all,according to the four elements of Sanda winning points,energy characteristics,technical composition and core quality,the research reveals the project characteristics of high-intensity interval sports in Sanda.Secondly,according to the project characteristics of Sanda,the fitness value such as timeliness of fitness and weight loss,improvement of insulin sensitivity,increase of bone density,improvement of rapid strength and core strength,and increase of flexibility and sensitivity are discussed.
