摘要
创立于2012年的环渤海体育法学论坛已经成为国内稳定、有品牌影响力的体育法学学术交流平台,各地方法学会体育法学组织与西安体育学院联合主办的地方体育法学组织2020年联合学术年会(第九届环渤海体育法学论坛)在陕西西安顺利举办。本次会议以“体育现代治理与体育法治建设”为主题,与会专家和学者围绕体育的法治、自治与善治,《体育法》修改讨论及体育法学研究展望,运动员权利保障及体育社会团体的人权责任,反兴奋剂治理体系与“孙杨案”评析,地方体育改革与体育纠纷解决等专题展开了讨论。
The Bohai Sports Law Forum,founded in 2012,has become a stable and influential academic exchange platform for sports law in China.Local law societies,sports law organizations and Xi'an Institute of Physical Education jointly sponsored the 2020 Annual Meeting of Local Sports Law Organizations(Ninth Bohai Sports Law Forum)in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province.With the theme of modern sports governance and construction of sports rule of law,experts and scholars discussed the rule of law,autonomy and good governance of sports,the revision and discussion of Sports Law and the prospect of sports law research,the protection of athletes'rights and the human rights responsibility of sports social organizations,the anti-doping governance system and the Sun Yang case,and the local sports reform and sports dispute resolution.
