摘要
在“建设世界一流大学和一流学科”重大战略部署背景下,高校各方面发展均须保持高度的责任感和使命感,在新时代开创新气象。该文在明确高校行政管理重要性的基础上,探析新时代高校行政机关的具体变化特征,从而探究持续优化高校行政管理模式的有效途径。
With the construction of“world first-class universities and first-class disciplines”,all aspects of development in colleges and universities should be conferred a high sense of responsibility and mission in order to open a new chapter.Based on clarifying the importance of administration in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the variation characteristics of college administrative organs in the new era,and explore effective ways for the continuous optimization of the administrative model in colleges and universities.
