摘要
本文旨在探究双元价值视域下的高校辅导员档案工作策略。文章探讨了双元价值理论体系为高校辅导员档案工作带来的新契机,基于双元价值视角,通过建立高校辅导员档案工作新模式、增强高校辅导员档案工作意识,提高高校辅导员档案专业素养,以期达到推进辅导员档案工作发展的目的。
This article aims to explore the strategy of college counselors'file work under the dual value perspective.The article discusses the new opportunities brought by the dual value theory system to the archives work of college counselors.Based on the dual value perspective,through the establishment of a new model of college counselors'archives work,the awareness of college counselors'archives work is enhanced,and the profession of college counselors'archives is improved.Accomplishment,in order to achieve the purpose of advancing the development of counselors'archives work.
