Probability Density and Fluctuation Statistical Analysis of Wind Power Fluctuation Characteristics in Northwest China

摘要 为了准确描述西北地区风电功率波动特性的概率密度分布及波动变化,在对西北地区风电功率数据分钟级分量进行分布拟合统计后,得出特殊t(t location-scale)分布可以描述西北地区风电功率波动特性的概率分布。将西北地区风电功率数据划分为幅值差波动和斜率波动,因CLARANS算法常用在大数据聚类划分上,故利用CLARANS算法对幅值差波动和斜率波动进行聚类划分。聚类划分后经统计表明:西北地区风电功率数据的幅值差波动具有明显的季节性特征,在6—8月最为明显;斜率波动有较为明显的空间特征,随着空间尺度的增大,缓慢波动的风力发电量占比均值由0.356降至0.267,快速波动的电量占比均值由0.183升至0.35。 In order to accurately describe the probability density distribution and fluctuation variation of wind power fluctuation characteristics in Northwest China,the distribution fitting statistics of the minute-scale components of wind power data in Northwest China is carried out,and it is concluded that T(location-scale)distribution can describe the probability distribution of wind power fluctuation characteristics in Northwest China.On the other hand,the wind power data in Northwest China are divided into amplitude difference fluctuation and slope fluctuation.Since CLARANS algorithm is commonly used in the clustering of big data,we use CLARANS algorithm to cluster and divide the amplitude difference fluctuation and slope fluctuation.After clustering and dividing,it is found that the amplitude difference fluctuation of wind power data in Northwest China has obvious seasonal characteristics,which is most obvious from June to August.The slope fluctuation has obvious spatial characteristics and with the increase of spatial scale,the average proportion of wind power generation with slow fluctuation decreases from 0.356 to 0.267,and the average proportion of electricity with rapid fluctuation increases from 0.183 to 0.35.
