摘要
发端于1978年的改革开放国策,拉开了中国社会发展史上的宏大进程,省级地质人才队伍在这一进程中经历了市场化、属地化改革,打破计划经济的束缚,在市场主体建设方面取得了一定成效,但地质行业的改革远未完成。文章对省级地质人才队伍的历史进行了梳理,对当前和今后一段时间内的地质工作需求进行了前瞻性分析,从地质人才成长特征、人才队伍建设规划、人才组织体系方面对省级地质人才队伍的重构提出了一些建议。
The national policy of reform and opening up started in 1978,which opened a grand process in the history of China's social development,in this process,the provincial geological talent teams have experienced the reform of marketization and localization,broken the constraint of the planned economy,some achievements have been made in the construction of market subjects,but the reform of the geological industry is far from complete.The article combs the history of the provincial geological talent teams,and conducts a forwardlooking analysis of the current and future needs for geological work,in the end,it puts forward some suggestions on the reconstruction of geological talents from the aspects of the growth characteristics of geological talents,the construction plan of the talent team and the talent organization system.
