南宋龙泉窑梅子青釉的工艺与审美

摘要 本文通过对南宋龙泉窑制釉工艺中紫金土、釉石的使用对釉料组成元素带来的变化的论述,分析了乳浊釉中钙长石、未熔石英、微小气泡等三种釉相的生成及其对釉质的影响,讨论了梅子青釉的审美及审美意象的呈现形式,进而得出梅子青釉的成功烧制是儒家尚玉文化影响下"似玉"工艺的实现,是宋瓷典雅平易、文质合一的制器理想的呈现的结论。 The glaze from Longquan Kiln made from glaze stone, limestone and purple gold clay in the Southern Song Dynasty is different from in the earlier period. Different raw materials and processes produce different glaze. The internal mechanism of glaze is the basis of enamel formation, and the visual and tactile attributes of celadon are mainly determined by the microstructure of glaze, which includes three kinds of porcelain glaze: undefined amounts of calcium feldspar, unfused quartz and small bubbles. Calcium feldspar crystals and small bubbles in the glaze are gradually formed during High-temperature firing process. Together with unfused quartz, they act as the scattering source in the glaze layer and have the obvious function of strengthening the opacification effect of the enamel. The refraction index of these three materials is obviously different and endow plum green glaze with the color and quality of the jade.
