摘要
银屑病作为一种常见的慢性皮肤病,影响了全球2%的人口。时至今日,银屑病的发病机制尚未完全阐明,银屑病的治疗也没有行之有效的方法。IL-22是IL-10细胞因子家族的一员,它通过作用于角质形成细胞在银屑病发生发展中起重要作用。本文综述了IL-22作用于角质形成细胞的作用机制,并对银屑病的治疗方法提出展望。
Psoriasis,as a common chronic skin disease,affects about 2%of the worldwide population.Up to now,the pathogenesis of psoriasis has not been fully elucidated,and there is no effective method for the treatment of psoriasis.IL-22 is a member of the IL-10 cytokine family,it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis by acting on keratinocytes.This article reviewed the mechanism of action of IL-22 on keratinocytes,and prospected the treatment of psoriasis.
