实时荧光定量PCR检测2-MIB合成基因及与产嗅藻的相关性研究

摘要 采集了3个水库的水样,使用新型检测技术——定量PCR探针法对合成2-MIB的基因(mibC)进行检测,并对水样同步进行产嗅藻丰度检测,分析两者之间的相关性。研究表明,mibC基因拷贝数与产嗅藻丰度具有明显的线性关系,相关系数在0.736~0.819之间。可通过定量PCR探针法检测的mibC基因拷贝数来反映水体中产嗅藻的丰度水平,进而判断水体异味风险水平。 Water samples from three reservoirs were collected, and a new detection technique, quantitative PCR probe method was used to detect 2-MIB gene(mibC). The abundance of olfactory algae in water samples was detected simultaneously, and the correlation between them was analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the copy number of mibC gene and the abundance of olfactory algae, and the correlation coefficient was 0.736~0.819. The copy number of mibC gene detected by quantitative PCR probe could reflect the abundance level of olfactory algae in water, and then be used to judge the risk level of water odor.
