摘要
目的:探讨维持性血液透析患者饮食依从性的影响因素。方法:选择2019年3月-2020年12月在本院透析中心行血液透析治疗的180例终末期肾病患者作为研究对象,根据患者血磷及血钾水平评价其饮食依从性。统计患者基本资料,分析导致维持性血液透析患者饮食不依从的影响因素。结果:180例维持性血液透析患者中,饮食不依从124例,占比68.89%;饮食依从56例,占比31.11%;经单因素分析与Logistic回归分析显示,饮食知识水平低、家庭关怀度低、疾病家庭负担重、社会支持度低均是导致维持性血液透析患者饮食不依从的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者的饮食依从性受到饮食知识、家庭关怀、家庭负担、社会支持等多方面因素的影响,临床需及时对患者采取适宜的干预措施,以改善患者预后。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of diet compliance in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method:From March 2019 to December 2020,180 patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD)who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and their dietary compliance was evaluated according to their blood phosphorus and potassium levels.The basic data of patients were collected,and the influencing factors of diet non-compliance in maintenance hemodialysis patients were analyzed.Result:Among 180 maintenance hemodialysis patients,124 cases(68.89%)were dietary non-compliance;56 cases(31.11%)were dietary compliance;univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis showed that low dietary knowledge level,low family care,heavy burden of disease family and low social support were the influencing factors of dietary non-compliance in maintenance hemodialysis patients,the differences were statistically significant(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The diet compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients is affected by diet knowledge,family care,family burden,social support and other factors.It is necessary to take appropriate intervention measures in time to improve the prognosis of patients.
