摘要 新媒体时代,对图书馆的服务工作提出了更高要求,为了满足用户要求,需要丰富知识资源,满足用户阅读需求。该文基于此作为分析点,探讨了微信公众平台的特点、医院图书馆应用微信公众平台的现存问题,总结具体的对策。医院图书馆应用微信公众平台的现存问题,包括开通数量少,建设速度缓慢、推送频率低,内容形式单一、宣传力度小,缺乏品牌意识、缺乏专业团队,管理制度落后、交互性不强,缺乏吸引力5个方面。需要从规范运营,基于用户需求强化基础服务,构建运营小组完善资源服务,提高推送频率,丰富推文内容、强化宣传推广,发扬品牌意识来进行完善。 The new media era puts forward higher requirements for the service work of the library.In order to meet the requirements of users,it is necessary to enrich knowledge resources and meet the reading needs of users.Based on this as an analysis point,this article discusses the characteristics of the WeChat public platform,the existing problems of the hospital library's application of the WeChat public platform,and summarizes specific countermeasures.The existing problems of the hospital library's application of the WeChat public platform include a small number of openings,slow construction speed,low push frequency,single content format,low publicity,lack of brand awareness,lack of professional teams,backward management systems,weak interaction,and lack of Five aspects of attractiveness.It is necessary to standardize operations,strengthen basic services based on user needs,build an operation team to improve resource services,increase the frequency of push,enrich the content of tweets,strengthen publicity and promotion,and promote brand awareness for improvement.
