摘要
压缩机作为甲醇合成装置的关键设备,主要用于输送工艺介质。而汽轮机是驱动压缩机能够正常运行的核心。采用高压蒸汽为汽轮机提供动力,因此清除高压蒸汽管道在制造及安装过程中残留的焊渣、铁锈、灰尘等,防止损坏透平,保证各界区高压蒸汽系统运行正常尤为重要。通过对高压蒸汽系统吹扫方案的研究,为相关装置压缩机汽轮机的试车提供指导。
Compressor,as the key equipment of methanol synthesis unit,is mainly used for conveying process medium.The turbine is the core that drives the compressor to run normally.This project uses high-pressure steam to power the steam turbine,so it is particularly important to remove the residual welding slag,rust,dust,etc.during the manufacturing and installation process of highpressure steam pipe,prevent the damage to the turbine,and ensure the normal operation of high-pressure steam system in all areas.Through the study of the purge scheme of high pressure steam system,this paper provides practical guidance for the test run of the turbine of the compressor of the related device in the future.
