摘要
为实现在核主泵产品开发过程中对四象限特性进行预测与设计方案快速可靠评估,采用全流道内流场数值模拟方法,针对某轴封式核主泵在定转速下的四象限运行特性进行预测,研究基于数值模拟预测四象限特性曲线的可靠性.与试验曲线对比结果表明:在正转逆流及反转逆流工况下预测结果与试验结果一致性好,其扬程和转矩曲线的偏差大部分点在±3%以内,个别点在±5%以内;在反转正流工况预测结果与试验的各曲线变化趋势相同,但预测值与试验曲线之间的偏差较大,其扬程和转矩曲线偏差大部分点在±10%以内,个别点在±20%以内.证明采用基于数值模拟的预测方法能够替代大部分运行区域的试验来获得可靠的特性曲线,在设计过程中可以采用该方法对设计方案快速评估,但对核主泵在反转正流工况的准确数值模拟还需要进一步研究.
In order to predict the 4-quadrant characteristics curves and evaluate the design scheme quickly and reliably in the process of RCP development.The 4-quadrant operation characteristics of a shaft seal RCP at constant speed are predicted by using the numerical simulation method of the complete flow passage,and the reliability of the 4-quadrant characteristics curves based on the numerical simulation is studied.Compared with the test curves,the results show that the predicted results are in well agreement with the test results under the condition of reverse flow,and the deviation between head and torque curve is within±3%for most points and the maximum is within±5%for few points.Under the condition of reverse rotation and positive flow,the deviation between the predicted value and the value on experimental curve is relatively large although the changing trend of the predicted results is as same as that of experimental curves,and the deviation of head and torque curve is within±10%in most region and the maximum are up to±20%for few points.These results demonstrated that the test data in most region can be replaced with numerical results for obtaining 4-quadrant characteristic curves.This method can be used to quickly evaluate the design scheme in the design process,however,further investigation needs to be done on the accurate numerical simulation of the RCP under the condition of reverse rotation and positive flow.
