摘要
目的:分析老年支气管哮喘患者自我感受负担与自我效能的相关性,以提高老年支气管哮喘自我效能,改善患者预后。方法:回顾性分析2018年7月-2020年7月笔者所在医院收治并完成随访的老年支气管哮喘患者100例临床资料,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分评估自我效能,统计老年支气管哮喘患者自我效能低下情况,并分析老年支气管哮喘患者自我感受负担与自我效能的相关性。结果:100例老年支气管哮喘患者中自我效能低下53例,占比53.00%;自我效能低下患者的身体负担、情感负担、经济负担及自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分高于自我效能良好患者,GSES评分低于自我效能良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经双变量Pearson直线相关性分析,老年支气管哮喘的身体负担、情感负担、经济负担、SPBS总分与自我效能呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,老年支气管哮喘患者身体负担、情感负担、经济负担及自我感受负担总分高是导致其自我效能低下的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:老年支气管哮喘自我感受负担与自我效能具有密切相关,自我感受负担重可能会增加老年支气管哮喘患者自我效能低下风险,临床可据此来对患者进行相关干预,以降低自我感受负担,提高自我效能。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between self-perception burden and self-efficacy in elderly patients with bronchial asthma,to improve the self-efficacy of bronchial asthma in the elderly,to improve the prognosis of patients.Method:The clinical data of 100 elderly patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital and followed up from July 2018 to July 2020 were analyzed retrospectively,the general self-efficacy scale (GSEs) score was used to evaluate self-efficacy,the low self-efficacy of the elderly patients with bronchial asthma was analyzed,and the correlation between the self-perception burden and self-efficacy of the elderly patients with bronchial asthma was analyzed.Result:Among the 100 elderly patients with bronchial asthma,53 cases were low self-efficacy,accounting for 53.00%;the scores of physical burden,emotional burden,economic burden and self-perception burden scale (SPBS) of patients with low self-efficacy were higher than those of good self-efficacy patients,GSES score was lower than that of good self-efficacy patients,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Pearson results showed that the physical burden,emotional burden,economic burden and SPBs score of bronchial asthma were negatively correlated with self-efficacy (r<0,P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the high total score of physical burden,emotional burden,economic burden and self-perception burden were the influencing factors of low self-efficacy (OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-perception burden of bronchial asthma in the elderly is closely related to self-efficacy,the high burden of self-perception may increase the risk of low self-efficacy in elderly patients with bronchial asthma,according to this,related interventioncan be made for patients to reduce the burden of self-perception and improve self-efficacy.
