摘要
【目的】以提取有效成分后的甘草废渣为试验材料,利用枯草芽孢杆菌、植物乳杆菌、酿酒酵母菌、产朊假丝单胞菌复合菌剂,采用固态生物发酵技术,将甘草废渣加工成养殖业用的发酵饲料,实现甘草渣无害化、资源化利用。【方法】通过正交试验L9(34)对甘草渣固态发酵饲料底物甘草渣、麸皮、玉米粉和豆粕的配方比例进行综合分析,以甘草渣发酵饲料感官品质、饲料粗蛋白和粗纤维素含量为指标,优化甘草渣发酵饲料配方。【结果】初步确定甘草渣固态发酵饲料底物最佳配比为甘草渣65%、麸皮21%、玉米粉8%、豆粕7%,发酵饲料粗蛋白含量为17.59%,粗纤维含量为18.84%。【结论】达到了生物发酵饲料的标准。
[Object]The glycurrhiza residue after extracting the effective ingredients was used the experimental material,and the licorice waste residue was processed into fermented feed for aquaculture by solid fermentation technology using Bacillus subtilis,Lactobacillus plantarum,Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida utilis compound microbial agents to realize the harmless and resource utilization of licorice waste.[Methods]Through the orthogonal test L9(34),the formula proportion of licorice residue,bran,corn flour and soybean meal as the substrate of licorice residue solid-state fermentation feed was comprehensively analyzed.Taking the sensory quality of licorice residue fermentation feed,the crude protein and crude cellulose content of feed as the indexes,the formula of licorice residue fermentation feed was optimized.[Results]The optimal ratio of licorice residue solid-state fermentation feed substrate was preliminarily determined as follows:licorice residue 65%,bran 21%,corn flour 8%,soybean meal 7%.The crude protein content of fermentation feed reached 17.59%,and the crude fiber content was 18.84%.[Conclusion]The optimal ratio of licorice residue solid-state fermentation feed substrate meets the standard of biological fermentation feed.
