摘要 深冷处理是一项极具发展潜力和应用前景的现代工艺技术,研发先进智能的深冷处理设备、明确深冷处理性能影响机理、确定最佳工艺过程等是推动深冷处理在刀具材料产业化应用的关键。笔者介绍了国内外刀具深冷处理技术研究进展,分析了深冷处理对刀具性能的影响,对刀具深冷处理的作用机理以及刀具深冷处理工艺进行了综述,并展望了刀具深冷处理的工业化应用前景,为加速推动深冷处理在刀具材料的产业化应用提供参考。 The cryogenic treatment is a modern technology with great development potential and application prospect.Research and development of the advanced and intelligent cryogenic treatment equipment,clarifying the influence mechanism of cryogenic treatment performance and determining the best process are the key points to promote the industrial application of cryogenic treatment in tool materials.In this paper,the research progress and technology of cryogenic treatment on cutting tools in China and abroad are introduced.The impact of cryogenic treatment on tool performance,the processing mechanism of cryogenic treatment and cryogenic treatment process are analyzed;and the industrialization prospects of tool cryogenic treatment is then put forward.It would provide a reference for accelerating the application of cryogenic treatment in the industrialization of tool materials.
