长圆柱棒料称重量长系统设计研究

摘要 根据长圆柱棒料质量与长度的测量的功能要求,提出了一种基于两个相向安装的激光测距传感器和一组称重模块的测量方法,设计了一种基于辊道运输方式的称重与测长的系统,并对激光线与棒料轴线之间的夹角和激光器之间的距离进行了标定。通过该测量系统,能够实现最大长度为7米的长圆柱棒料的连续在线称重量长,长度测量精度满足小于3 mm的要求。 According to the functional requirements of measuring the weight and length of long cylindrical bar,a measurement method based on two opposite laser distance sensors and a group of weighing modules is proposed.A weighing and length measurement system based on roller transport mode is designed;the angle between laser line and bar axis and the distance between lasers are calibrated.Through this measuring system,the continuous online weighing length of the maximum length of 7 meters long cylindrical rod material can be realized,and the length measuring accuracy can meet the requirement of less than 3 mm.
