摘要
针对独居老人由于身体机能老化难以独立坐下以及久坐后难以独自站立起来的问题,设计了一款自适应升降式老人起坐防摔助力椅。该助力椅主要由行走部分、底座升降部分、座椅及扶手俯仰升降部分、靠背等部分组成。由电动推杆、“几字型”扶手支架、扶手、俯仰座椅面等组成的座椅及扶手俯仰升降部分可联动实现座椅面和扶手的俯仰升降,并根据使用者需求自适应调节俯仰高度,助力老人起坐;通过人机工程学设计和关键零件有限元分析,表明该助力椅可为老人提供舒适的助力起坐体验的同时具有较好的结构刚度。
In order to solve the problem that the elderly living alone are difficult to sit down and stand up alone due to their aging body function,an adaptive lift type anti-falling booster chair for elderly people is designed.The booster chair is mainly composed of walking part,base lifting part,seat and armrest pitching lifting part,back,etc.The seat and armrest pitching lifting part,which are composed of electric push rod,"chevron"armrest bracket,armrest and pitching seat surface,can realize the linkage of pitching and lifting of the seat surface and armrest;and according to the needs of users,the pitch height could be adjusted so as to help the elderly sit up.Through ergonomics design and finite element analysis of the key parts,it shows that the power chair can provide comfortable leaning experience for the elderly and has good structural stiffness at the same time.
