摘要
随着信息技术迅猛发展和经济全球化日益推进,企业所处内外部环境发生了巨大变化,单个企业难以对抗激烈的市场竞争,寻求外部资源快速响应市场需求成为当今趋势。研发型网络化制造将互补性核心制造力企业整合成一个以整体利益最大化为目标的战略性利益共同体,而收益分配是研发型网络化制造的一个核心而敏感的问题。如何制定有效的收益分配方案以避免利益分配不均而产生的冲突,是研发型网络化制造系统稳定且成功运行的关键。本文应用系统可靠性与合作博弈相关理论与方法,首先探究了研发型网络化制造系统中工作努力程度、收益分配系数、风险系数与系统净收益之间的关系;其次分析了系统净收益最大时,工作努力程度、收益分配系数、风险系数的变动情况;最后提出了本文研究结论的管理意义。
With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization,enterprises′internal and external environments experience trenendassly changes,single enterprise is hard against the fierce market competition,thereby the integration of external resources to quickly respond to market demands becomes the trend.The R&D(research and development)networked manufacturing integrates such enterprises with complementary core manufacturing capabilities into a strategic interest community with the objective of maximizing overall interests.However,the income distribution is a core and sensitive issue for the R&D networked manufacturing,and how to develop a fair and reasonable income distribution scheme is key to the sucess and effectiveness of the R&D networked manufacturing.This study using the reliability theory,from the perspective of cooperation game theory,firstly,researches on relationships among the system net income to work effort,income distribution coefficient and risk coefficient.Secondly,when the system net income reaches its maximum value,how the work effort,income distribution coefficient and risk coefficient change.Finally,this study puts forward to some managerial implications that are originate from research results and findings of this study.The networked manufacturing is a new form of production organization that adapts to the needs of present technical and economic development.Compared with the production organization model in the traditional supply chain,cooperative innovation,virtual enterprise,and strategic alliance,the R&D networked manufacturing has two prominent characteristics.First,the R&D networked manufacturing can integrate organizational manufacturing capabilities on a larger scale,its synergy effect therefore is more prominent.Second,due to the dynamism and openness of manufacturing networks,and the uncertainty of the R&D process,the R&D networked manufacturing suffers greater risks.Owing to such characteristics of R&D networked manufacturing and the existence of network struct
