摘要
服役中的大型风力发电机组铸件常出现多轴疲劳破坏,为了准确预估铸件疲劳寿命,先对多轴疲劳损伤理论及其实用评估方法进行研究和分析;其次研究多轴疲劳S-N曲线和E-N曲线理论;然后分析临界平面法和带符号的Von Mises等效准则法的疲劳计算方法和损伤参量;并根据结构特点分析大型风力发电机组中轴承座的受载形式;最后结合不同的疲劳计算方法以及疲劳损伤模型,分析基于修正的S-N曲线和E-N曲线计算的大型风力发电机组中轴承座损伤结果,并比较结果的差异;结论对其它结构的多轴疲劳寿命研究有重要的参考意义。
Good-sized castings in service of MW wind turbines often withstand multi-axial fatigue failure,in order to improve the accuracy of the prediction of the fatigue damage,the theories and practical assessment methods of multi-axial fatigue are studied and analyzed.Secondly S-N theories and E-N theories used in multi-axial fatigue damage calculation are researched.Then the algorithms and damage parameters of critical plane method and signed Von Mises method are presented.Fatigue load of bearing seat of wind turbines is analyzed considering the feature of actual structure.Finally contrast of damage results calculated using those algorithms is given.Conclusions are meaningful for the further study of multi-axial fatigue of similar structures.
