摘要
目的研究多层螺旋电子计算机断层扫描(MSCT)在小儿气管、支气管异物(TFB)诊断中的应用。方法回顾性分析2015年8月到2019年5月到医院就诊疑似气管、支气管异物患儿87例,其中经过确诊80例,所有患者均进行X线平片、MSCT检测。以支气管镜结果为"金标准",统计MSCT、X线平片对TFB的诊断效能,统计X线平片及MSCT对不同位置异物的检出率,统计X线片平及MSCT对不同种类异物的检出率。结果 MSCT的诊断准确性高于X线平片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检测方式诊断灵敏性、特异性无统计学差异(P>0.05);两种检测方式对不同位置异物的检出率无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种检测方式对不同种类异物的检出率无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋电子计算机断层扫描(MSCT)在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断中准确率较高。
Objective To study the application of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(MSCT)in diagnosing tracheobronchial foreign body(TFB)in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on87 patients with suspected TFB treated in the hospital from August 2015 to May 2019.There were 80 cases confirmed.All patients were examined by X-ray and MSCT.Taking bronchoscopy results as the golden standard,diagnostic efficiency of MSCT and X-ray films for TFB was statistically analyzed.The detection rates of X-ray films and MSCT for foreign bodies at different sites were statistically analyzed.The detection rates of X-ray films and MSCT for different types of foreign bodies were statistically analyzed.Results The diagnostic accu racy of MSCT was higher than that of X-ray films(P<0.05).There was no significa nt difference in diagnostic sensitivity or specificity between the two detection methods(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of foreign bodies at different sites between the two detection methods(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in detection rate of different types of foreign bodies between the two detection methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic accu ra cy of MSCT is relatively higher for TFB in children.
