不同配比基质对辣椒生长及生理代谢的影响 被引量:11

Effects of different substrate formula on growth and physiological metabolism of pepper

摘要 【目的】筛选辣椒生长最佳栽培基质配方,为高原牧区畜禽粪便循环利用提供理论依据.【方法】以完全发酵腐熟后的草原羊粪复配草炭作为辣椒生长的栽培基质材料,设置M_(1)(羊粪∶草炭=10∶0)、M_(2)(羊粪∶草炭=9∶1)、M_(3)(羊粪∶草炭=8∶2)、M_(4)(羊粪∶草炭=7∶3)、M_(5)(羊粪∶草炭=6∶4)、M_(6)(羊粪∶草炭=5∶5)、M_(7)(羊粪∶草炭=4∶6)、M_(8)(羊粪∶草炭=3∶7)、M_(9)(羊粪∶草炭=2∶8)、M_(10)(羊粪∶草炭=1∶9)、M_(11)(羊粪∶草炭=0∶10)11个处理,以商品基质作为对照,研究不同配比基质对辣椒生长、生理指标及根际微生物数量的影响,通过主成分分析法综合评价,筛选出适合辣椒生长的栽培基质.【结果】M_(7)(羊粪∶草炭体积比=4∶6)处理下的辣椒植株长势较好,株高、茎粗、叶面积均高于其他各处理;地上干质量、地下干质量、根系活力、根际基质微生物数量分别较商品基质提高4.73%、12.24%、5.28%、9.73%.应用主成分分析法对辣椒各种指标进行综合评价,M_(7)的综合得分为3.773,高于商品基质及其他各处理.【结论】羊粪∶草炭体积比4∶6的复配基质(M_(7))可以替代商品基质进行辣椒栽培,是一种具有较好推广应用潜力的辣椒栽培基质. 【Objective】To obtain the optimum proportion for a proper substrate formula for soilless cultivation of pepper,and to provide a theoretical basis for the recycling of livestock manure in plateau pastoral areas.【Method】In this experiment,taking sheep manure and peat as materials,the effects on the growth physiological metabolism and number of rhizosphere microorganisms of pepper were studied by the principal component contribution.The experimental treatment included eleven treatments,M_(1)(sheep manure∶peat=10∶0),M_(2)(sheep manure∶peat=9∶1),M_(3)(sheep manure∶peat=8∶2),M_(4)(sheep manure∶peat=7∶3),M_(5)(sheep manure∶peat=6∶4),M_(6)(sheep manure∶peat=5∶5),M_(7)(sheep manure∶peat=4∶6),M_(8)(sheep manure∶peat=3∶7),M_(9)(sheep manure∶peat=2∶8),M_(10)(sheep manure∶peat=1∶9),M_(11)(sheep manure∶peat=0∶10),and peat based commercial substrate(peat∶vermiculite∶perlite=6∶2∶2)which was served as control.【Result】The results indicated that,seedlings grown on M_(7)(sheep manure∶peat=4∶6,volume ration)were better than other treatments when the seedlings were measured for height,stem diameter and leaf area,and shoot dry weight,root dry weight,root activity,bacteria and total were 4.73%,12.24%,5.28%,10.08%and 9.73%higher than commodity matrix.But the relative content of chlorophyll was not significantly different from that of commodity matrix.At the same time,the indices were comprehensively evaluated using the principal component analysis,M_(7)(3.773)was significantly higher than that of other treatments.【Conclusion】It is suggested that the substrate with the ratio of sheep manure∶peat=4∶6 is the best formula for pepper culture.
