摘要 随着化石燃料的日益枯竭以及人们环保意识的不断增强,人们尝试寻找其他可再生能源代替化石燃料。生物柴油作为一种可再生、可降解、符合"碳中和"原则的清洁能源,引起研究人员日益关注。本文采用由四丁基氯化铵+草酸构成的B酸型深度共熔溶剂为相催化剂,以栀子和甲醇为原料,采用单因素实验法,通过优化温度、时间、料液比等过程工艺参数,得到了生物柴油原位生产法的最佳生产工艺。 With the increasing depletion of fossil fuels and the increasing awareness of people's environmental protection,people try to find other renewable energy sources to replace fossil fuels.Biodiesel,as a renewable,degradable,and clean energy that conforms to the"carbon neutral"principle,has attracted increasing attention from researchers.In this paper,the B acid deep eutectic solvent composed of tetrabutylammonium chloride+oxalic acid is used as the phase catalyst,gardenia and methanol are used as raw materials,and the single factor experiment method is adopted to optimize the process technology of temperature,time,alcohol-to-oil ratio,etc.Parameters,the best production process of biodiesel in-situ production method is obtained.
