摘要
电机做为风机的驱动力提供者,肩负着与之匹配的重要任务,因风机转动惯量较其它常规负载有较大增加,为避免无法起动或起动困难对电机及供电系统带来损伤,起动过程的分析也显得尤为重要。为此通过电磁设计及有限元分析等手段,针对大转动惯量风机负载设备所匹配的专业化电机进行技术层面的细致研究。
As the provider of the driving force of ventilator,the motor bears the important task of matching with it.Because the inertia moment of the ventilator increases great ly compared with other conventional loads,the analysis of the starting process is also particularly important so as to avoid the damage to the motor and its power supply system caused by start failure or start difficulty.Therefore,the specialized motor matched by the ventilator equipment with large inertia is studied in detail at the technical level by means of electromagnetic design and finite-element analysis.
