摘要
针对螺杆压缩机用电机的性能需求,说明了这类电机的设计理念。并以一台.500kW.4极隔爆型电机为例,构建其二维有限元仿真模型,模拟电机堵转工况及空载工况,同时通过负载特性曲线核算该电机的起动时间。最后分析计算结果,验证电磁方案的合理性。
In view of the performance requirements of the screw compressor motor,this paper explains the design concept of this type of motors.Taking a 500kW-4P flameproof motor as an example,two-dimensional finite-element simulation model is constructed to simulate the motor’s locked-rotor condition and no-load condition.At the same time,the starting time of the motor is calculated through the load characteristic curve.Finally,the calculation results are an-alyzed to verify the rationality of the electromagnetic scheme.
