摘要
由于缺少统一规划和建筑经验以及技术的不成熟,目前我国老旧小区普遍存在公共设施缺乏、建筑老化和能耗较高以及照明不佳等问题,不太适合现阶段居民的生活需要,因此改造需求迫切.针对目前老旧小区改造中存在的问题,可以将老旧小区看作一个有生命的有机整体,在有机更新理论的指导下提出相应的解决策略与方法,以期为老旧小区的改造提供可参考的解决思路.
Due to the lack of unified planning,immature building experience and technology,the problems of lack of public facilities,aging buildings,high energy consumption and poor lighting generally exist in the old residential areas in China,which are not suitable for the living needs of the residents at this stage,so the reconstruction demand is strong.In view of the existing problems in the transformation of the old residential area,this paper regards the old residential area as a living organic whole,under the guidance of the organic renewal theory,puts forward the corresponding solutions and methods,in order to provide reference solutions.
