摘要
伯基特淋巴瘤(Burkitt lymphoma,BL)是高度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,多发生在儿童青少年,起病急,侵犯范围广,以颈淋巴结肿大、腹部盆腔病变、骨髓和中枢侵犯多见,发生在口咽部较为罕见,我科收治1例来源于口咽部的伯基特淋巴瘤并伴随有面神经麻痹的患儿1例,现报道如下。
Burkitt lymphoma (Burkitt lymphoma,BL) is a highly malignant non-hodgkin’s lymphoma,tend to occur in children and adolescents,have disease urgent,wide scope of infringement,as was swelling,abdominal,pelvic lesions,bone marrow and central infringement,occur in the throat is relatively rare,my families were 1 case is derived from the oropharynx Burkitt lymphoma and is accompanied by children with facial nerve paralysis in 1 case,now report as follows.
