摘要
随着盐井采卤量的增加,地下容腔不断扩大,淡盐水在容腔内停留时间越来越长,容腔内的卤水浓度已接近或达到饱和状态。高浓度的卤水在返出地面的过程中,随着温度和压力减小,卤水达到过饱和状态,如果管道内壁和阀门处不光滑,就会有氯化钠晶体结晶洗出,附着在管壁和阀门处,造成堵井。降咸技术的应用可以降低卤水浓度,减少堵管堵井的发生,保证井组安全。
With the increase of the amount of brine extracted from the salt well,the underground holding chamber expands continuously,and the staying time of the fresh brine in the holding chamber becomes longer and longer,and the brine concentration in the holding chamber is close to or reaches the saturation state.In the process of returning high concentration of brine to the surface,with the decrease of temperature and pressure,the brine will reach the state of susaturation.If the inner wall of the pipe and the valve are not smooth,sodium chloride crystals will be washed out and attached to the pipe wall and the valve,resulting in well plugging.The application of salinity reduction technology can reduce the brine concentration,reduce the occurrence of pipe and well blockage,and ensure the safety of well group.
