摘要 北辛窑煤矿采用人工方式对带式输送机运行状态进行巡检,巡检效率低,隐蔽故障无法及时发现,多次引发停产。基于此,以St4000型带式输送机为研究对象,设计自动监控系统,对输送带、托辊、电机以及滚筒等关键部件状态进行实时监控,并在出现故障后及时报警。经过试验检测,系统的稳定性和准确性均可满足需求。 beixinyao coal mine adopts manual way to inspect the running state of the belt conveyor.The inspection efficiency is low,the hidden fault can not be found in time,and the production is stopped for many times.Based on this,taking st4000 belt conveyor as the research object,an automatic monitoring system is designed to monitor the status of key components such as conveyor belt,idler,motor and roller in real time,and alarm in time after failure.After testing,the stability and accuracy of the system can meet the requirements.
