摘要
为消除工作面瓦斯隐患,保证工作面安全回采。根据常村煤矿瓦斯地质条件及赋存情况,在井下工作面开采时,制定保护层开采技术,煤层穿层钻孔、顺层钻孔区域消突措施、巷帮高位钻孔和动压区抽放等局部消突措施,工作面回采期间补充隅角抽放、煤层注水、架间插管抽放等综合瓦斯治理措施。通过瓦斯综合防治措施的执行,工作面回采期间绝对瓦斯涌出量由原来的5.2 m^(3)/min下降到4.1m^(3)/min以下,风排瓦斯浓度由原来的0.38%降低到0.18%,回采期间,未发生过工作面瓦斯超限现象。
In order to eliminate the hidden danger of gas in working face,ensure safe stoping in working face.According to stevenhirsch and occurrence of coal mine gas geological conditions,the underground mining working face,the protective layer mining technology,coal seam drilling,bedding wear layer hole drilling and regional measures for elimination,lane to help high dynamic pressure area local outburst elimination measures such as drainage,mining face during the supplementary Angle between drainage,coal seam affusion,frame comprehensive gas control measures such as drainage intubation.Through the implementation of comprehensive gas prevention and control measures,the absolute gas emission during the stoping of working face decreased from the original 5.2m^(3)/min to below 4.1m^(3)/min,and the gas concentration of air exhaust decreased from the original 0.38%to 0.18%.During the stoping of working face,there was no gas overlimit phenomenon.
