摘要
目的探讨关于急性缺血性卒中进行机械取栓术患者预后的影响因素。方法选取2017年10月~2019年12月于华北理工大学附属医院行机械取栓治疗的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,所有患者术后均进行随访。结果经分析,影响机械取栓患者预后的因素是年龄(OR=0.358)、术后血压(OR=4.091)、应激性高血糖反应(OR=5.528)、血糖变异度(OR=4.698)、血管再通情况(OR=6.358)、是否给予桥接治疗(OR=5.031)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓患者的年龄、应激性血糖反应、血糖变异度、血管再通情况、是否给予桥接等因素均与患者预后密切相关,术前应做好全面分析,术后密切监测,及时做好相关干预措施。
Objective To explore the prognostic factors of mechanical embolectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods From October 2017 to December 2019,80 patients with stroke underwent mechanical embolectomy in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital.All patients were followed up.Results After analysis,age(OR=0.358),postoperative blood pressure(OR=4.091),stress hyperglycemia(OR=5.528),blood glucose variability(OR=4.698),vascular recanalization(OR=6.358),and whether or not to gave bridging therapy(OR=5.031)were the main prognostic factors.Conclusion The prognosis of acute ischemic stroke patients with mechanical embolectomy is closely related to the age,stress blood glucose response,blood glucose variability,vascular recanalization,whether or not to give bridging,and comprehensive analysis should be done before operation,close monitoring and timely intervention measures were taken after operation.
