摘要
目的探究综合康复护理在脊柱骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年5月至2019年2月本院收治的98例脊柱骨折患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同将其分为常规组(49例,常规护理)和康复组(49例,综合康复护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果康复组护理依从率明显高于常规组,并发症总发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组VAS评分降低,ADL、FIM评分升高,且康复组明显优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理应用于脊柱骨折术后患者中的效果显著,可提高患者的护理依从性及日常生活能力,有效缓解疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal fracture after operation.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with spinal fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into routine group(49 cases,routine nursing)and rehabilitation group(49 cases,comprehensive rehabilitation nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing compliance rate in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing,VAS score in both groups decreased,ADL and FIM scores increased,and those in the rehabilitation group were significantly better than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing applied in patients with spinal fracture after operation has significant effect,which can improve the nursing compliance and daily living ability of patients,effectively relieve pain and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
