摘要
[目的]深入了解乌龙茶智能化做青技术研究进展及发展趋势。[方法]通过文献检索总结分析。[结果]阐述了做青技术对乌龙茶品质的影响及乌龙茶智能化做青技术研究进展;分析了乌龙茶做青设备存在的问题,并提出智能化技术在做青工艺上的应用方向。[结论]应用智能化技术开发清洁化、连续化和智能化的做青装备是乌龙茶做青技术的发展方向。
[Purpose]To understand in-depth the research progress and development trends of intelligent Oolong tea greening technology.[Method]A summary analysis was conducted through literature search.[Result]This paper describes the influence of greening technology on the quality of Oolong tea and the research progress of intelligent greening technology,analyzes the problems of Oolong tea making equipment,and proposes the application direction of intelligent technology in the process of Oolong tea greening.[Conclusion]The development of clean,continuous and intelligent greening equipment by applying intelligent technology is the development direction of Oolong tea greening technology.
