电力现货市场对网损的影响研究——计及发电商竞价与超短期负荷预测

摘要 电力现货市场由于交易周期短、交易频次高,导致电源方报价决策与负荷方用电需求呈现出不确定性,这将导致电网潮流复杂多变并进一步影响电网损耗。为了解决上述问题,首先,根据电力现货市场交易周期、市场策略、交易规则等特征,分析电力现货市场对网损的影响机理;其次,围绕电力现货市场供求关系,建立计及发电商竞价及超短期负荷的最优潮流计算模型,探究电力现货市场价格引导的源-荷供需动态演化下的网损计算;最后,构建供需两侧现货市场互动的典型场景,利用IEEE14节点系统进行仿真分析,研究发电商报价、负荷需求变化下的网损增减变化。研究成果将为进一步明确发电商竞价及负荷需求变化对网损的影响机理和变化规律,提升网损分析与管控能力,提供理论与方法借鉴。 Due to the short trading cycle and high frequency of the electricity spot market, the power supply side’s quotation decision and the load side’s power demand are uncertain, which will lead to complex and changeable power grid trends and further affect grid losses. In order to solve the above problems, firstly, according to the characteristics of the electricity spot market transaction cycle, market strategy, trading rules, etc., analyze the influence mechanism of the electricity spot market on the network loss;The short-term load optimal power flow calculation model explores the calculation of network loss under the dynamic evolution of the source-load supply and demand guided by the price of the electric spot market;finally, a typical scenario of the spot market interaction on both sides of the supply and demand is constructed, and the IEEE14-node system is used for simulation analysis and research. Changes in the increase or decrease of network loss under the changes in the quotation of power generators and load demand. The research results will further clarify the influence mechanism and change law of power supplier bidding and load demand changes on network loss, improve network loss analysis and management and control capabilities, and provide theoretical and methodological references.
