基于启发式矩匹配法的风电-负荷组合场景构建

摘要 为了应对风电高渗透率电力系统规划中风电功率不确定性的影响,基于启发式矩匹配(heuristic moment matching,HMM)法研究了一种风电-负荷组合场景生成方法。该方法采用期望、标准差、偏度和峰度刻画随机变量的特征,通过对多种随机变量历史数据的矩阵变换和立方变换,使待生成场景保留历史数据的随机特征。应用该方法对某地区电力系统的风电功率、电/热负荷数据进行处理,构建风电-负荷组合场景,算例分析验证了所提场景生成方法的有效性。 In order to deal with the impact of wind power uncertainty in high penetration wind power system planning,based on heuristic moment matching(HMM),a wind power and load combination scenario generation method is studied.This method uses expectation,standard deviation,skewness and kurtosis to describe the characteristics of random variables.Through matrix transformation and cubic transformation of historical data of various random variables,the random characteristics of historical data are retained in the scenario to be generated.The method is applied to process the data of wind power and electric/thermal load of a regional power system,and wind power and the load combination scenario is constructed.The effectiveness of the proposed scenario generation method is verified by an example.
