摘要
本文从环保、安全、节能和对制件有严重质量隐患等方面简述了禁用工艺的类型,从材料选取、设备、操作等方面论述了限用工艺的类型。并针对热处理禁、限用工艺,提出了识别、应用和后期控制等管理措施。
In this paper, The types of prohibited process were briefly described in terms of environmental protection, safety, energy saving and serious quality hidden danger to the products, and the types of restricted process were discussed in terms of material selection, equipment and operation etc. Moreover, the management measures of identification, application and later control were put forward according to the heat treatment prohibited and restricted process.
