一种中间轴类零件喷丸工艺开发

摘要 喷丸工艺是零件常用的表面强化手段,也是非常重要的零件加工工艺,其原理是利用高速飞行的弹丸流撞击金属材料表面,产生不均匀的塑性变形,并且引入残余压应力场,从而提升表面的强度与零件的疲劳寿命。本文开发一种特殊中间轴在进口喷丸设备的喷丸工艺,可以使最终零件满足标准要求的覆盖率、粗糙度和喷丸强度。 Shot peening process is a common surface strengthening method for parts, and also a very important part processing technology. The principle of shot peening process is that the high-speed projectile flow is used to impact the surface of metal material, resulting in uneven plastic deformation, and the residual compressive stress field is introduced to enhance strength of the surface and fatigue life of the parts. In this paper, a special shot peening process for intermediate shaft in imported shot peening equipment is developed, so that the final parts can meet the standard requirements of coverage, roughness and shot peening strength.
