桌面级CNC加工平台设计

摘要 针对教学、科研以及创客等对于小型、个性化产品的加工需求,设计研发了一款桌面级小型CNC加工平台。该平台采用易于采购的批量化标准零部件搭建;采用开源软件平台、开源G代码运动控制器;刀具运动采用小车式设计并配备了偏心轴套结构;通过云平台与远程操作端进行交互,实时控制和监测加工流程。实际加工运行结果表明,该平台具有良好的加工精度,较高的刚度和耐磨损性能。与传统CNC及现有同类产品相比,该平台性价比高,有效填补了国内相关产品空白,具备较广阔的市场应用前景。 Aiming at the needs of teaching,scientific research and makers for small and personalized product processing,a desktop small CNC processing platform was designed and developed.All of them adopt batch standard parts that are easy to purchase;adopt open-source hardware and software platform and open-source G code motion controller;adopt trolley design and equipped with eccentric shaft sleeve structure for tool motion;adopt wireless remote control to realize the real-time control and monitoring of processing process of cloud platform system composed of machining center.The actual machining results show that the system has good accuracy,high stiffness and wear resistance.Compared with the traditional CNC and the existing similar products,this platform has high cost performance,effectively fills the gap of domestic related products,and has a large market application prospect.
