摘要
针对长庆石化公司60万t/a航煤加氢装置,以分馏塔、反应器、原料罐泄漏事故为例,通过初期险情控制、应急处置、现场检测及疏散、环境保护4个方面,进行了全面的生产应急操作分析,一旦发现事故,立刻按流程进行应急操作,力争将人员伤亡与财产损失降到最低。
Aiming at the 600Kt/a aviation kerosene hydrofining unit of Changqing Petrochemical Company,taking the leakage accident of the fractionation tower,reactor and feed tank as an example,a comprehensive emergency operation analysisy was carried out through four aspects:initial risk control,emergency treatment,on-site inspection and evacuation,and environmental protection.Once an accident occurs,emergency operations will be carried out immediately according to the process,and strive to minimize personal injuries and property losses.
