[目的/意义]数据驱动科技情报智慧服务模式是科技情报机构转型升级的必然选择,从"数据驱动"视角切入科技情报智慧服务模式构建研究,更多的体现智慧数据服务作为智慧服务的核心构成要素。[方法/过程]通过已有服务模式对比重构科技情报服务模式与流程,突出数据如何驱动智慧情报服务,实现数据驱动科技情报智慧服务模式,获取用户需求,利用智能技术分析获取情报,实现场景化服务推送。[结果/结论]数据驱动科技情报智慧服务模式是科技情报机构转型升级的理论支撑与实践依据。
[Purpose/significance]The data-driven intelligent service model of scientific and technological information is inevitable for the transformation and upgrading of scientific and technological information institutions.From the "data-driven" perspective, it cuts into the research of the intelligent service model of scientific and technological information.[Method/process]Reconstructing Sci-tech information service models and processes by comparing existing service models, highlight how data drives intelligent information services, and implement data-driven scientific and technological information intelligent service models, acquire user needs, and utilize intelligent technologies analyze and obtain intelligence to achieve scenario-based service push.[Result/conclusion]The data-driven intelligent service model of scientific and technological information is the theoretical support and practical basis for the transformation and upgrading of scientific and technological information institutions.
