“金字塔”顶端的教育学者有哪些特质?——基于全球教育研究一流学者的群像分析 被引量:3

摘要 人才分层是学术界普遍存在的现象。聚焦"金字塔"顶端的全球教育学一流学者群体,基于Scopus数据和Web of Science数据筛选出全球教育学"高产学者"和"高被引学者"各100人组成全球教育学一流学者群体,从"量"和"质"两个维度描绘其群像特征。研究发现,高产学者的学术产出的各项指标存在两极分化现象,综合指标排名与单一指标排序存在出入;学术合作形式呈现多元化特征。高被引学者具有性别轻度失衡、中年学者为主的人口统计学特征;并呈现正高职称为主、研究问题多元化和兼职形式多样化的学术职业特征。高产学者和高被引学者在全球地理分布上均形成了较为明显的核心研究圈。基于此,针对我国人才引进、人才培养和学科建设提出政策建议。 Talent stratification is a common phenomenon in academia.This study focuses on the top of the"pyramid"to investigate the group characteristics of 200 global leading educational scholars.Based on Scopus and Web of Science data,the study collects information of 100"highly productive scholars"and 100"highly cited scholars".The findings reveal a polarization among highly productive scholars as measured by the academic output indicators and a discrepancy between the ranking based on comprehensive index and that based on a single index.Noticeable differences are revealed among countries in terms of academic collaboration and a moderate gender imbalance among highly cited scholars who are typically middle-aged academics engaged in various academic and social service undertakings.Further analysis of their research output shows diverse research focuses.The highly productive and highly cited scholars have formed a core academic circle.The study provides policy suggestions for China’s recruitment,talent cultivation,and discipline construction.
