摘要
关于汽车零部件的气候环境试验与产品可靠性验证测试,与温度相关的模拟环境试验一直是重点考核项目。本文针对3.5 t以下乘用车辆中电子电气部件、组件和模块等产品,依据国际主流汽车企业的新版试验标准和供货规范,主要考虑了车辆在储存和运输过程中、不同环境温度下运行,以及极端使用环境下(极低温度下长时间停车或行驶、再次油漆过程中等实际应用场景)部件或组件遭受的热负荷,深入研究并重点给出与温度相关的模拟环境试验的关键项目,包括:高温/低温老化、阶梯温度、低温运行、重漆温度和热冲击(部件)试验,详细解析了实施各项试验的目的、测试条件以及功能完整性/稳定性的验证要求。
As for the climate environment tests and the product reliability verification tests of automobile parts,the temperature related simulation environment tests have always been the key examination items.In this paper,focusing on the electronic and electrical parts,modules and components in passenger vehicles of less than 3.5 tons,according to the international mainstream automotive enterprises practical application test standards and supply specifications,the thermal loads on the on the parts and components of vehicles during storage and transport,operation of the component at different ambient temperatures,and in extreme operating environments (practical application scenarios,such as long periods of parking or driving at very low temperatures,or during re-painting).The key items of temperature-related simulated environmental tests,including high/low temperature aging,incremental temperature test,low-temperature operation,repainting temperature and thermal shock (component),are deeply studied and given,and furthermore,the purpose,test conditions and verification requirements for functional integrity/stability for each of the tests are analyzed in detail.
