摘要
目的观察清单式管理在体外膜肺氧合患者院内转运中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月体外膜肺氧合转运的患者共367例次,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组184例次,观察组183例次,对照组按照常规方法和工作经验进行核查并转运,观察组在对照组基础上,应用体外膜肺氧合院内转运核查清单逐项核查并进行转运,对两组的不良事件发生情况、转运时间,以及患者家属、接收科室满意度进行对比分析。结果在不良事件发生率、转运时间及家属、接收科室满意度方面,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清单式管理能降低体外膜肺氧合患者由于转运引发的不良事件的发生率,提高转运效率和安全性,同时还有助于提高家属、接收科室满意度。
Objective To observe the application effect of checklist management in intrahospital transport of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation(ECMO).Methods A total of 367 cases of patients with ECMO transshipment from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method,184 cases in control group and 183 cases in observation group.The control group was checked and transported according to conventional methods and working experience,while the observation group was checked and transported with the ECMO in hospital transshipment checklist item by item based on the control group.The incidence of adverse events,transport time,and satisfaction of patients'family members and receiving departments in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group was better than the control group in the incidence of adverse events,transportation time,satisfaction of patients'family members and receiving departments,with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The checklist management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in the transport of ECMO patients,improve the transport safety and efficiency,and help to improve the satisfaction of patients'families and receiving departments.
